Trixie Lulamoon by karla-chan Trixie Lulamoon by karla-chan
I was actually too tired to sow today, (I am meant to be sowing LARPing kit, and stuff for my dolls would be cool also) so I did my best to finish this off instead. I coloured this using Tria and Pro-markers. I did the background using Photoshop. I do think Trixie is pretty awesome, I think she is my second fave pony after Pinkie Pie. I have two little blind bag figures of her too, although one just calls her "Lulamoon" but it has her cutie mark.

I do hope to see more of her in the show to be honest.

Other MLP:FiM Fan-art:

I apologise now to all my watchers who hate MLP! I don't plan to make a habit of drawing ponies.

Very nice, love the background. I think her right eye is a bit off though.

Thanks so much, I have been wanting the backgrounds to fit the ponies personality. :)

I found the right eye difficult because of the expression, but I wanted to go for that expression because I need to practise them more. Plus Trixie plus this expression a lot. So it seems a little odd to me, but I am not sure what would fix the problem.

I played around and I think perhaps if you have her right eye looking more towards the right, that might help, like this: [link] just a tough :)

Right I see what you mean, I think the reason why I did it that way, is that seems to be how the show draw it. However your way looks less weird. I will have to think about that in the future.

Thanks for doing that BTW stuff like that can really help me actually.

I think the only mistake you did was to not compensate for using your own style instead of the show style. Glad you appreciate my effort :)

Probably I have tried to keep the heads in the show style, but stylize the bodies and hair more. ^^; I will have to play in future to see how it works. Thanks for your help though, I really get a lot out of people showing me things like that.

I think perhaps the muzzle of your ponies is a bit more defined then in the show style, other then that I think it's pretty similar.

You're welcome, I don't really get people doing the same to me that often, but I think it can be pretty helpful.

That is true, I still keep them small like the show does. In older version they have a bigger muzzle and real horses and ponies have a much bigger muzzle.

If I ever think of anything I will try and return the favour.

It is fair enough that the show it not for everyone. I am happy you like the art I did though. That makes me happy! :)
